I own a Sprint 750. I am experimenting with both rig tension and rake. Can you please give me the recommended diamond and stay tensions for the Sprint and how much rake to use. Our typical sailing breezes here are around 10-20kts in Summer and lighter (2-10) in Winter. The boat is raced regularly.

There should be 3 to 4 degrees rake and 1500# on the diamonds. For the cap shrouds - they just need to be tight keeping the mast in colum.
